Hi my name is Manu, I am Yoga teacher from Sydney-Australia, Please join me to share your experience with Yoga, how did you feel, any changes or results, any thoughts or comments, how long have you been practicing and so on. You can also ask me any questions about Yoga or fitness issues and I will do my best to point in the right direction. I' ll start, my greatest experience with Yoga was right after I injured my spine and used meditation techniques to heal faster and other poses to develop strength. I had my friends helping me of course. So there you go it can be as small as above. Hope to hear from more of you. Welcome to Living om.

I have a very stressful life as most of us, Yoga has helped me find a way to clear out a lot of garbage (negative thoughts) out of my head and still is helping me on a regular basis.
So in short I get very relaxed after the class. I have done Manu's classes, he is passionate about what he does and has helped many get results.
Cheers.

My favorite part is when we chant Om, it clears my head and I feel the energy field around me is cleansed and feel like a Jedi (hehehe) seriously!

Last couple of weeks I have been feeling a great amount of energy at my disposal. I had cold and flu but my regular breathing practice helped me get through it. It is also improving my patience and I have been smiling a lot

I have returned to Yoga after a long break ( a few years). I'm so glad that it is part of my daily life again. Yoga is helping me stay fit and making me more flexible. It is helping me to cultivate the energy as well as the calmness that I need in my work. I am developing awareness of how active my mind can be . .. but that there are some things that are not supposed to be analysed or intellectualised. Also having lots of fun !

Yoga has become a lifestyle for us....And Manu, you're our favourite instructor...hands down..!!...knuckles flat...!!.... So, 7 months later we are still as keen as ever..... Hey tangomango.......tis me.......Anny.....your partner in crime......or should I say, your training partner. I wouldn't call us fitness freaks but we certainly love doing yoga together.
The first time we did Manu's yoga class at Fitness First North Ryde, we were hooked.....hooked on Manu. Having a gold pass to Fitness First allows us to try out different clubs and so we get to try different yoga classes. We have found our favorite teachers and we attend these classes as often as we can.
Manu is definitely our favorite teacher. There is such a wonderful feeling from the time you enter one of Manu's classes. Maybe it's his smile or maybe it's the way he makes you feel like you are special. He has a great sense of humour.......we have a laugh at all of his classes.
The only regret that we have is that we didn't find yoga years ago.....

I am really enjoying our class with Manu at school on Thursday afternoons. I am finding I really look forward to the class. Last Thursday was amazing! I felt so refreshed and invigorated after the class and slept very well that night. I have done some yoga on and off since I was a teenager but I am finding this class especially beneficial and enjoyable. I have always danced but as a new teacher can not find the time for this just now. Manu's yoga is certainly filling a gap in my life.

Few months ago, I am suffering from lower back pain. Than my friend suggest me, to use yoga every day. I use every day yoga exercise. Within one month I really amazing, my lower back pain reduce and I get positive thinking. And I think Yoga is the best therapy, it will improve muscle tone as well as reduce stress all the while improving sleep.
